Between 08:00 – 08:30, 13:00 – 14:30 and 18:00 – 18:30 (except Bank Holidays) please call the surgery and dial option 1 to speak to the doctor on duty.

Between the hours of 18:30 and 08:30 Monday to Friday and on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, if you require urgent medical assistance that cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, please call 1-1-1. Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

For patients needing to speak with a receptionist or to collect forms, sample pots, etc.

between 10.30 and 12.30 in the morning

and 3.00 and 5.00 in the afternoon.

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
